Freyssinet Nederland, named Samaco before 2000, is active mainly in prestressing and stay cable techniques, lifting or pushing of structures and bearings.

Freyssinet Nederland produces in its factory in Waddinxveen the flat jacks.

Terre Armée BV
Terre Armée BV is founded in 1988.

The system of Reinforced Earth makes it possible to build, in a quick and easy way, retaining walls for Fly-Overs, abutments, quay walls and dams and industrial applications. As retaining wall or foundation, Reinforced Earth offers a very good technical and economic solution.

Terre Armée BV does not only do the designs and the delivery of retaining walls but we also make, free of charge, preliminary designs with estimate of the total costs. During the building phase we take care of the calculation and construction drawnings. We also provide technical assistance to the workforce during the execution.

The old Station Houten moves today !

 
Vrijdag 24 augustus. Het spectaculaire transport, waarbij het voormalige station van Houten (anno 1868) in zijn geheel 150 meter zuidwaarts wordt verplaatst, heeft plaats gevonden. Dit vanwege de spoorverdubbeling Utrecht – Den Bosch.

Freyssinet is aannemer van dit zeer bijzondere project.

The Utrechtboog railwayviaduct near Duivendrecht (NL)

The 'Utrechtboog' project is part of a development plan of the railway line between Amsterdam and Utrecht.

In this project several construction methods are applied. The major part, two cast in situ bridges with a U-form section are post-tensioned by using theFreyssinet C-system. In these two viaducts approximatively 1,900 tons of prestressing steel is used.
